We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Host/Hostess to join our team. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile upon arrival

- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus

- Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements efficiently

- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station

- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly

- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials

- Assist with food service as needed

Skills:

- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional hospitality

- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems

- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of restaurant or hotel operations is a plus

- Ability to work well within a team
